President/Owner of JP Excavating, Judd Palmer, was featured in the new Wheeler marketing materials.

JP Excavating, Inc. began in 1993. Judd Palmer, JP Excavating’s President, began with one backhoe in the small town of St. George, UT and simply began digging. JP Excavating has a strong and wonderful history in our home of Southern Utah. As more excavating, construction, and transportation needs grew, so did the JP Excavating team. JP Excavating now employs approximately 100 people, ranging from general laborers, CDL drivers, foremen, and mechanics. JP Excavating is bonded, licensed, and insured for services in Utah, Arizona, and Nevada. Through our team members, we have been able to accomplish amazing feats.

JP Excavating offers services in commercial, residential, transportation, mass grading, utility, and more. We are mountain specialized and have UDOT experience. JP Excavating keeps working hard to grow so that we can continue to build our community by moving and beautifying the land.
